Note: The data source standardized the reporting in 2018. Previous estimates were dropped to display the results since that time. Except for fentanyl, WYSAC used the latest morphine milligram equivalent conversion factors released in 2022 as part of the CDC's clinical practice guidelines. Fentanyl used the same conversion factor as previous calculations (130 mg morphine / mg fentanyl). Buprenorphine was excluded from the calculations because of its antagonist action.
